240V ELEC WATER HEATER
The Mini 6 tankless electric water heater is designed to provide warm water around 90 to 100 F (degrees Fahrenheit) for hand washing at 1 sink (1.0 GPM) in warm climate and 70 to 80 F in cold water climates. It will give a 38-40 F rise at 240 V. and a 33-35 F rise at 208 V. Check the Mini Sizing Guide to make sure this model is right for your application. The Mini 6 comes with a 1.0 GPM flow compensating aerator that must be installed. The Mini 6 requires 240/208V electric service, 1 dedicated 30 A breaker, and 10 gauge copper wiring. The Nichrome (nickel-chromium) bare-wire heating element in a Mini Series models is controlled by a flow switch to prevent dry-firing and failure, and is additionally equipped with a safety high-limit with manual reset. Mini Series tankless water heaters are manufactured with the best available materials to provide years of trouble-free service. Mini tankless electric water heaters do not need pressure relief valves, drains, or circulating pumps. Mini units must be installed vertically with the water fittings pointing either up or down.
