Waterproofing transparent stain and sealer prevents water damage, resists mildew and UV (ultraviolet) damage, and shows the most wood grain. Advanced polymers provide fade resistant color and advanced acrylic polymers greatly improve resistance to scuffing and marring. 1 coat protects decks for 3 years and fences/siding for 4 years. Can be applied with paint pad, brush, sprayer, or roller. Covers 150 to 400 Sq. Ft. per gallon with a 2 hour drying time.
